Permit Process
The process for obtaining a Building Permit varies widely by county and municipality.

All fees associated with obtaining Building Permits are covered by Danley’s.
Project Review & Blueprints
Our team begins by holding a Project Review Call with you. During this call, we review each of your garage selections in detail.
From there, we draw up blueprints and building plans for the assembly of your Building Permit Application. These plans are then sent to you for a final review prior to filing them with your local Building Department.
If required, Danley’s also obtains any bonds, Plats of Survey, and any other professional surveys or grading plans that your village may require.
Permit Submission
Once your project specifications have been reviewed with you and finalized, we submit everything to your local Building Department for approval.
Ready to Begin Construction!
Once your Building Permit is issued, we review the details of your project once again and ensure that any requests for construction inspections are recorded in our system. We then send the original copy of your approved Building Permit and all accompanying plans and blueprints to you.
